An International Legal Response to an International Problem: Prosecuting International Terrorists
Abstract
This article argues that international terrorism can no longer be regarded as a domestic problem with international implication but can more accurately be described as a distinctly international problem. Therefore, there must be an international legal response as part of the overall response of the international community to terrorism. This article argues that the International Criminal Court is an appropriate forum for prosecuting international terrorists.
