Abstract
The article proposes the establishment of an American bank in the Palestinian Authority which would act as a bridge for conducting faster and more efficient monetary transfers thus contributing to more efficient trade between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. The article examines the viability of the proposed model from a legal, political and economic point of view. Such a model, it is hoped, would help attract foreign investments in the region for the benefit of all concerned.
